Is part of the fun, and the hunt :. If the amount is a fixed amount written by us, and is incorrect and insufficient, we will honor that original amount as we should and pay the difference ourselves. This is to ensure your investment has been fully covered.

We will arrange the necessary articles of claim forms in our customers behalf as we should. These different carriers have different policies and costs involved with certain packages. We determine which is best suited for our customers and their particular needs. If the customer has a special request of service carrier, we are more than happy to oblige and discuss the options. All prices are subject to change at any time without any notice and we have no control on these costs. This is one of the several reasons why we choose certain carriers for certain needs best suited for our customers. If there is a Signature required and there is no one to sign, they will not leave the parcel at the door, but rather leave a slip notice stating that you had a package arrive requiring a signature, and it will instruct you what options you have.

Failure to do so will result in denial of the claim. Both companies have their pro's and con's and we do our best to arrange the optimum choice for each customers particular order. All carrier prices are subject to change at any time without any notice and we have no control on these costs.

This is a normal part of doing business as is anywhere else. All of our packages are created professionally and secured with or a combination of either bubble air cushioned wrap, paper, cardboard bracing, and styro peanuts to ensure proper cushioning for travel through any carrier service.
