All First Series Planet of the Apes Diamond Select figures are in New condition in Unopened Clamshells. There is Cornelius, Soldier Ape, Dr Zaius and Zira.

They might be a little dusty from my basement but that is it. They have hung on a wall for the past decade and a bit and have never been opened.

The only thing I noticed upon closer inspection was the tiny ding in the top right corner of Zira's bubble.
