Planet Of The Apes' Michael Clarke Duncan Original Cast Signed Poster MCD #5
[MOTION PICTURE, FILM PRODUCTION ITEMS]. On offer here is an original 2001' PLANET OF THE APES' CAST SIGNED POSTER PREVIOUSLY OWNED BY MICHAEL CLARKE DUNCAN.

THIS POSTER IS SIGNED BY THE MAIN CAST & FILM DIRECTOR TIM BURTON PERSONALLY TO FELLOW CAST MEMBER MICHAEL CLARKE DUNCAN (aka'MCD'). The poster is a standard'one sheet' size measuring 27 in x 40.5 in and is framed in a simple black border frame in very good condition. We believe the poster is laid down on board. This is perhaps the best example of an original POTA signed poster.

Immensely more important than any other'cast signed' item, this piece is vastly more notable in that it is inscribed to a member of the original cast. To our knowledge, MCD's poster is the only cast owned, cast signed poster available in commerce. Sadly, due to his untimely death in 2012 this item is on offer. We will be listing a small group of items (about 15 lots) related to his acting career. For those that desire it, we will provide a C. Attesting to the provenance / origin / attestation & history. The film stars Mark Wahlberg, Tim Roth, Helena Bonham Carter, Michael Clarke Duncan, Kris Kristofferson, Estella Warren, and Paul Giamatti. It tells the story of astronaut Leo Davidson (Wahlberg) crash-landing on a planet inhabited by intelligent apes.
