El Planeta de los Simios Cipsa version of the Mego Planet of the Apes action figure. These figure boxes came double sealed (both tape and glue) from stores in Mexico. This toy is still factory sealed even though the tape has long since dried and come off. The original rubberbands have disintegrated and you can hear the loose figure limbs moving inside the box.
