VTG 2000 Planet of the Apes Medicom Toys Ultra Detail Figures Complete set 19+2
Hard to find complete set of 19 collectible Ultra Detail Figures from the Planet of the Apes series of movies from the 1968 to 1973 produced in 2000 by MedCom toys. Lot also includes two extra figures. Only missing the Cornelius figure dressed in brown which is reflected in the asking price. The 6-inch figures are from several iterations of the movie plus the television series. From "Planet of the Apes" : Astronaut Taylor, Captive Taylor, Nova, Cornelius, Zira, Dr. Zaius, Lucius, Soldier Ape version A, The Greatest Ape(actually Lawgiver Statue). From "Beneath the Planet of the Apes" : General Ursus, Soldier Ape B (longer beard and machine gun). From "Escape from the Planet of the Apes" : Astronaut Cornelius, Astronaut Zira and Astronaut Dr. From "Conquest of the Planet of the Apes" Caesar as prisoner (creases on back of package) and two versions of Caesar's Land Ape, militant apes in different outfits. From "Battle for the Planet of the Apes" free Caesar and General Aldo. From TV series: General Urko and Soldier Ape version C (white M on his uniform). NOT in the lot is brown version of Cornelius.
